For a long time, iced coffee was never my favourite, but after spending some time in the kitchen, it is now my favourite.

But, don’t forget, iced coffee can also be enjoyed during those cold winter months.

#1 Creamy And Crunchy
 Iced Coffee Pops

These delectable iced coffee pops are creamy with a bit of crunch. 

And, they make the perfect dessert or treat to enjoy on a hot summer’s night.

The recipe is easy to make and is a healthy indulgence in case you are watching your waistline.


  • 1 cup medium or strong coffee, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons espresso beans
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 1/8 teaspoon pinch of salt (optional but I recommend)


  1. In a blender, blend coffee, cashews, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. Mix should be smooth.
  2. Grind espresso beans so that they are a fine texture.
  3. Mix ground beans and cacao nibs. Place mixture in the bottom of each popsicle mold.
  4. Pour batter into each mold and stir with the end of a spoon.
  5. Cover molds and freeze until thoroughly frozen.
  6. Enjoy this refreshing popsicle!

#2 Classic Creamy
Italian Coffee

Fresh and creamy is what you get with this Italian coffee.

With only a few ingredients, you can easily enjoy this coffee in less than 20 minutes. 


  • 30 cup of espresso

  • 1.3 cup of fresh cream

  • 4 teaspoons white sugar


  1. Brew espresso and transfer into a glass.

  2. Add sugar and stir until it melts into the espresso. Chill in refrigerator.

  3. Once cold, whip up cream and once it becomes fluffy, pour coffee continuously in a row.

  4. Place cream in the freezer for at least one hour.

  5. When cream has chilled, pour it into a cup of coffee and top it with fresh cream as well.

This coffee is the perfect way to start or end the day.

The fresh cream mixed with coffee creates a creamy, sweet caffeine beverage. 

Not only that, it is super easy to make and requires only a few ingredients.

#3 Velvety Instant 
Iced Coffee


  • 1 can evaporated milk

  • 1/3 cup white sugar or preferred sugar

  • 2 Tablespoons instant coffee

  • Ice cubes

  • Whipped cream


  1. In a blender or processor, combine and blend evaporated milk, instant coffee and sugar.

  2. Blend until everything is dissolved.

  3. Pour over ice cubes and top with fresh whipped cream.

#4 Baileys Infused
Creamy Iced Coffee


  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • ½ cup strong coffee, hot
  • 2 Tablespoons Baileys
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons dark chocolate chips, melted


  1. Pop a glass bowl and beaters in the freezer for around 20 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whisk hot coffee, sugar, and chocolate chips. The mixture should be smooth.
  3. Add Baileys once cool and refrigerate for another 20 minutes.
  4. Beat whipped cream until peaks appear, add in the coffee mixture, and stir slowly and carefully.
  5. Freeze for 15 minutes.

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 Tablespoon instant coffee

  1. In a bowl, mix instant coffee, boiling water, sugar, and instant coffee to thoroughly dissolve.

Iced Coffee


  • 4 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk (preferred kind)
  • 1/3 cup vanilla coffee creamer
  • ¼ cup caramel syrup
  • 3 cups ice, crushed
  • whipped cream (optional)


  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients, except whipped cream, until smooth.
  2. Enjoy in a glass with whipped cream on top.

  1. Brew coffee and then refrigerate. The coffee must be completely chilled before continuing.

  2. In a bowl, mix condensed milk, half and half, and vanilla extract.

  3. In a glass, add desired amount of milk mixture and pour coffee over top.

#10 Iced Caramel Coffee
 Ice Cream


  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • ½ tsp instant coffee
  • ½ cup caramel sauce/syrup


  1. Whisk sweetened condensed milk and iced coffee in a large bowl.
  2. Add whipped cream and stir slowly.
  3. Cover bowl and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Stir in instant coffee once cool.
  5. Put ice cream concoction into ice cream maker.
  6. Once ice cream is made and put into a container, pour caramel sauce/syrup over.
  7. Ice cream should chill overnight or for at least 8 hours.

This is a delicious coffee ice cream that is easy to make.

The whipped topping creates a light ice cream that is sweet and full of caramel flavour.

#11 Frozen Coffee Popsicles


  • 2 cans unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ cup ground coffee
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon powdered gelatin


  1. In a saucepan, add coconut milk, coffee, and honey.
    Heat over medium heat and ensure that the honey is dissolved and coconut milk comes to a simmer.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit for about 15 minutes after removing from the heat.
  3. In a bowl, add water and gelatin and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour coffee mixture through a sleeve or strainer to rid any grounds.
  5. Add gelatin to the coffee milk and stir until gelatin has dissolved.
  6. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and pop into freezer for around 6 hours.

#12 Salted Caramel Floats


  • 1 Tablespoon salted caramel plus extra for topping
  • 6 ounces strong brewed coffee
  • 2 scoops French Vanilla ice cream


  1. In the bottom of a glass, drizzle in caramel sauce.

  2. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream.

  3. Pour hot coffee over the ice cream and caramel. Drizzle with more caramel and enjoy!

This is a delicious caffeinated ice cream treat to enjoy after dinner. 

It takes only a few minutes to prepare but it tastes like you spent all day whipping it up!

If you are not a caramel lover then try chocolate or hazelnut syrup.

#13 Creamy Coffee Frappe


  • 1 cup of iced coffee (make your own or buy. I purchased a sweet, milk iced coffee from the store).

  • Handful of crushed ice

  • Whipping cream for topping

  • Flavoured coffee creamer

  • Salted caramel sauce (buy or make your own. You can easily make with ¼ cup caramel sauce and 1 teaspoon of sea salt. Do not use table salt because the sea salt is what makes the delicious salted taste with the caramel).


  1. In a blender, blend 1 cup of iced coffee with a large handful of crushed ice, until smooth.

  2. Whip up the whip cream and mix with ½ cup flavoured creamer of your choice.

  3. Spoon mixture over the Frappuccino.

  4. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over coffee.

Who says you have to go to Starbucks for a salted caramel frappuccino when it is so easy to make in your own kitchen?

The homemade salted caramel sauce combined with the sweet coffee makes for a delicious beverage to enjoy morning or night. 

#14 Mocha Frappuccino


  • ½ cup coffee, chilled

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1/3 cup half and half

  • 1 Tablespoon sugar, granulated is suggested.

  • 3 Tablespoons chocolate/fudge sauce (can be bought at the store or made at home).


  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and frothy.

  2. Add more ice if necessary.

Sip on this chocolate coffee Frappuccino in the morning to get your day started the right way.

Sometimes when I get a hankering for chocolate, I like to whip up this drink because it is fairly healthy and easy.

#15 Ultra Iced Caramel


  • 2 packages of instant espresso

  • 8 ounces of water

  • 3 cups of ice

  • ½ cup preferred milk

  • 2 ounces vanilla syrup

  • Whipped cream

  • 2 Tablespoons salted caramel sauce (can purchase at store or make your own).


  1. Make instant espresso with hot water.

  2. Add 1 ½ cups of ice to two glasses.

  3. Drizzle 1 ounce of vanilla syrup into each glass.

  4. Pour 4 ounces of milk into each glass.

  5. Add espresso in a straight line into the milk.

  6. Top off with whipped cream and ample salted caramel sauce.

This is a sweet and creamy iced coffee that is the perfect dessert.

#16 Simple Iced Mocha


  • Handful of ice cubes

  • 1 pot of chilled coffee

  • Half and half

  • 2 Tablespoons of chocolate syrup (or more depending on your chocolate obsession!)

  • Whipped cream for topping

  2. Add coffee to half of the glass.

  3. Add as much half and half you desire, the more the creamier

  • Handful ice cubes

  • ¾ cup preferred milk

  • ¼ cup half and half

  • 2 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 Tablespoon brown or golden raw sugar

  • 1 ½ teaspoon instant coffee

  • Whipped cream

  • Chocolate pieces


  1. In a blender, blend ice, milk, half and half, cocoa, sugar, and instant coffee.

  2. Pour into glasses and dollop with whipped cream and chocolate.

Dough Iced Coffee


  • 16 ounces coffee, chilled

  • 8 oz. milk, chilled (any kind)

  • 2 scoops cookie dough ice cream

  • 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chip cookies

  • Handful of ice cubes for serving


  1. In a blender, add coffee, milk, and pure vanilla extract.

  • Handful of ice cubes

  • 1 scoop of Baileys Ice Cream

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 Vanilla bean seeds

  • 1/3 cup milk, not skim

  • Caramel syrup

  • Cold brew coffee

  • Simple syrup (2 cups water and 2 cups granulated sugar)

  • Sea salt cream (1 cup heavy cream and ½ teaspoon sea salt)


  1. For the simple syrup, in a saucepan, add water and sugar and bring to boil.

  2. Once sugar has dissolved, let cool and transfer to a container. Chill.

#37 Iced Mocha Caramel Latte


  • 8 ounces coffee

  • 1 Tablespoon caramel ice cream

  • 2 Tablespoons hot chocolate mix

  • ¼ cup milk, any kind

  • Coffee cubes

  • Whipped cream


  1. In a saucepan, whisk coffee, hot chocolate mix, caramel, and preferred milk.

  2. Pour into a glass with ice cubes and top with whipped cream.

This creamy iced mocha caramel latte is delectable and seriously melts away in your mouth with every sip.

The caramel ice cream makes a smooth texture and the whipped cream on top is a must.

#38 Salted Caramel Iced Mocha


  • 1.5 cups Mocha Iced Coffee, bought from store

  • ¼ cup Chocolate Caramel coffee creamer

  • 1 Tablespoon Caramel sauce

  • Whipped cream topping

  • Sea Salt

  • Handful of ice cubes


  1. Pour iced coffee and creamer over ice cubes and stir.

  2. Drizzle in caramel sauce.

  3. Dollop with whipped cream and more caramel sauce.

  4. Add sea salt sprinkled on top.

Who doesn’t love salted caramel, especially when you add coffee into the mix!

#39 Wild Side Coffee


  • Starbucks Unsweetened Iced Coffee

  • Whipped Cream

  • Sprinkles for garnish


  1. Grab a glass and fill it with ice and Starbucks coffee.

  2. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top and some sprinkles to make it look pretty.

This is a super simple coffee that only requires a couple ingredients.

However, don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this drink – the flavour is bold and delicious!
