For a long time, iced coffee was never my favourite, but after spending some time in the kitchen, it is now my favourite.

But, don’t forget, iced coffee can also be enjoyed during those cold winter months.
#1 Creamy And Crunchy
Iced Coffee Pops
These delectable iced coffee pops are creamy with a bit of crunch.
And, they make the perfect dessert or treat to enjoy on a hot summer’s night.
The recipe is easy to make and is a healthy indulgence in case you are watching your waistline.
- 1 cup medium or strong coffee, chilled
- 2 tablespoons espresso beans
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons cacao nibs
- 1/8 teaspoon pinch of salt (optional but I recommend)
- In a blender, blend coffee, cashews, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. Mix should be smooth.
- Grind espresso beans so that they are a fine texture.
- Mix ground beans and cacao nibs. Place mixture in the bottom of each popsicle mold.
- Pour batter into each mold and stir with the end of a spoon.
- Cover molds and freeze until thoroughly frozen.
- Enjoy this refreshing popsicle!

#2 Classic Creamy
Fresh and creamy is what you get with this Italian coffee.
With only a few ingredients, you can easily enjoy this coffee in less than 20 minutes.
30 cup of espresso
1.3 cup of fresh cream
4 teaspoons white sugar
Brew espresso and transfer into a glass.
Add sugar and stir until it melts into the espresso. Chill in refrigerator.
Once cold, whip up cream and once it becomes fluffy, pour coffee continuously in a row.
Place cream in the freezer for at least one hour.
When cream has chilled, pour it into a cup of coffee and top it with fresh cream as well.
This coffee is the perfect way to start or end the day.
The fresh cream mixed with coffee creates a creamy, sweet caffeine beverage.
Not only that, it is super easy to make and requires only a few ingredients.
#3 Velvety Instant
1 can evaporated milk
1/3 cup white sugar or preferred sugar
2 Tablespoons instant coffee
In a blender or processor, combine and blend evaporated milk, instant coffee and sugar.
Pour over ice cubes and top with fresh whipped cream.

Creamy Iced Coffee
- 1 cup whipping cream
- ½ cup strong coffee, hot
- 2 Tablespoons Baileys
- 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
- 2 ½ teaspoons dark chocolate chips, melted
- Pop a glass bowl and beaters in the freezer for around 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk hot coffee, sugar, and chocolate chips. The mixture should be smooth.
- Add Baileys once cool and refrigerate for another 20 minutes.
- Beat whipped cream until peaks appear, add in the coffee mixture, and stir slowly and carefully.
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Give it a stir before enjoying, dollop with whipped cream, and add chocolate on top.

While it may take a few steps to prepare, the end result is worth it.
#5 Frothy Vanilla
Mocha Iced Coffee
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 1 Tablespoon instant coffee
- 5 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon chocolate syrup
- Handful of ice cubes
- In a bowl, mix instant coffee, boiling water, sugar, and instant coffee to thoroughly dissolve.
- Add in vanilla and syrup and mix well.
- Stir in whole milk and then serve over ice cubes.
The vanilla in this coffee recipe adds a sweet flavour next to the chocolate syrup and instant coffee.
What I love about this recipe is that all the ingredients are easy to find and make a delicious tasting iced coffee when paired together.
#6 Caramel Infused Vanilla
- 4 cups brewed coffee
- 1 cup milk (preferred kind)
- 1/3 cup vanilla coffee creamer
- ¼ cup caramel syrup
- 3 cups ice, crushed
- whipped cream (optional)
- In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients, except whipped cream, until smooth.
- Enjoy in a glass with whipped cream on top.

- 6 ounces chilled brewed coffee
- 1 ounce Frangelico
- Handful of ice cubes
- 1 ounce cream or preferred milk
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
- Chocolate syrup, optional
- Pour chilled coffee over ice cubes in a large pitcher or glass.
- Add Frangelico and cream, stir to mix.
- Add whipped cream topping, chocolate shavings, and syrup.

#8 Thai Vanilla Iced Coffee
8 cups strong coffee, chilled
½ cup half and half
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Handful of ice cubes
Brew coffee and then refrigerate. The coffee must be completely chilled before continuing.
In a bowl, mix condensed milk, half and half, and vanilla extract.
In a glass, add desired amount of milk mixture and pour coffee over top.

- 4 Tablespoons ground coffee
- 2 cups ice
- 5 Oreos
- ½ cup cookies and cream ice cream
- ¼ cup preferred milk

This is a fun drink for adults to enjoy that allows them to feel like a kid again while dunking an Oreo!

#10 Iced Caramel Coffee
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee
- 2 cups whipped cream
- ½ tsp instant coffee
- ½ cup caramel sauce/syrup
- Whisk sweetened condensed milk and iced coffee in a large bowl.
- Add whipped cream and stir slowly.
- Cover bowl and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Stir in instant coffee once cool.
- Put ice cream concoction into ice cream maker.
- Once ice cream is made and put into a container, pour caramel sauce/syrup over.
- Ice cream should chill overnight or for at least 8 hours.
This is a delicious coffee ice cream that is easy to make.
The whipped topping creates a light ice cream that is sweet and full of caramel flavour.
#11 Frozen Coffee Popsicles
- 2 cans unsweetened coconut milk
- ¼ cup ground coffee
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon powdered gelatin
- In a saucepan, add coconut milk, coffee, and honey.
Heat over medium heat and ensure that the honey is dissolved and coconut milk comes to a simmer.
- Allow the mixture to sit for about 15 minutes after removing from the heat.
- In a bowl, add water and gelatin and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.
- Pour coffee mixture through a sleeve or strainer to rid any grounds.
- Add gelatin to the coffee milk and stir until gelatin has dissolved.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds and pop into freezer for around 6 hours.

#12 Salted Caramel Floats
- 1 Tablespoon salted caramel plus extra for topping
- 6 ounces strong brewed coffee
- 2 scoops French Vanilla ice cream
In the bottom of a glass, drizzle in caramel sauce.
Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Pour hot coffee over the ice cream and caramel. Drizzle with more caramel and enjoy!

#13 Creamy Coffee Frappe
1 cup of iced coffee (make your own or buy. I purchased a sweet, milk iced coffee from the store).
Handful of crushed ice
Whipping cream for topping
Flavoured coffee creamer
Salted caramel sauce (buy or make your own. You can easily make with ¼ cup caramel sauce and 1 teaspoon of sea salt. Do not use table salt because the sea salt is what makes the delicious salted taste with the caramel).
In a blender, blend 1 cup of iced coffee with a large handful of crushed ice, until smooth.
Whip up the whip cream and mix with ½ cup flavoured creamer of your choice.
Spoon mixture over the Frappuccino.
Drizzle salted caramel sauce over coffee.
Who says you have to go to Starbucks for a salted caramel frappuccino when it is so easy to make in your own kitchen?
The homemade salted caramel sauce combined with the sweet coffee makes for a delicious beverage to enjoy morning or night.
#14 Mocha Frappuccino
½ cup coffee, chilled
1 cup ice cubes
1/3 cup half and half
1 Tablespoon sugar, granulated is suggested.
3 Tablespoons chocolate/fudge sauce (can be bought at the store or made at home).
In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and frothy.
Add more ice if necessary.
Sip on this chocolate coffee Frappuccino in the morning to get your day started the right way.
I mean, who can go wrong with chocolate AND coffee?

#15 Ultra Iced Caramel
2 packages of instant espresso
8 ounces of water
3 cups of ice
½ cup preferred milk
2 ounces vanilla syrup
2 Tablespoons salted caramel sauce (can purchase at store or make your own).
Make instant espresso with hot water.
Add 1 ½ cups of ice to two glasses.
Drizzle 1 ounce of vanilla syrup into each glass.
Pour 4 ounces of milk into each glass.
Add espresso in a straight line into the milk.
Top off with whipped cream and ample salted caramel sauce.
This is a sweet and creamy iced coffee that is the perfect dessert.

#16 Simple Iced Mocha
Handful of ice cubes
1 pot of chilled coffee
Half and half
2 Tablespoons of chocolate syrup (or more depending on your chocolate obsession!)
Whipped cream for topping
Fill a glass with ice.
Add coffee to half of the glass.
Add as much half and half you desire, the more the creamier

#17 Creamy Iced Mocha
Handful ice cubes
¾ cup preferred milk
¼ cup half and half
2 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon brown or golden raw sugar
1 ½ teaspoon instant coffee
In a blender, blend ice, milk, half and half, cocoa, sugar, and instant coffee.
Pour into glasses and dollop with whipped cream and chocolate.
#18 Very Creamy Cookie
Dough Iced Coffee
16 ounces coffee, chilled
8 oz. milk, chilled (any kind)
2 scoops cookie dough ice cream
1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
½ cup mini chocolate chip cookies
Handful of ice cubes for serving
In a blender, add coffee, milk, and pure vanilla extract.
Put in two scoops of cookie dough ice cream, sugar, and cookies.
Blend until the mixture is smooth. There should be no large pieces of cookie leftover.
Pour over ice cubes and drink up.

- 3 cups ice cubes
- 2 cups coffee
- 1 cup preferred milk
- 1 packet or 1 teaspoon zero calorie sweetener
- 2 Tablespoons French Vanilla coffee creamer
- 1 Tablespoon caramel syrup
- In a blender, blend ice cubes, milk, coffee, coffee creamer, sweetener, and caramel sauce and blend until smooth and thick.
- Taste and add more sweetener or sauce if necessary.

8 ounces coffee
½ cup preferred milk

In a blender, add coffee, milk, cherries, chocolate syrup, and ice and blend until smooth. Add more milk or syrup after tasting, if necessary.
Pour mixture into a glass and add more chocolate syrup.

12 ounces of Vanilla Iced coffee

In a glass, pour iced coffee and stir in cinnamon and maple extract.
Add ice and top with whipped cream and more cinnamon.
This coffee makes you feel like you are eating a big cinnamon bun.

I love to add a dollop of whipped cream in the coffee and some on top for extra creaminess.
#22 Classic White Iced Mocha
2 Tablespoons white chocolate sauce
2 Tablespoons chilled coffee
1 cup preferred milk
Handful of ice
Whipped cream for topping
In a glass, mix white chocolate sauce with coffee and milk. Stir well.
Dollop with whipped cream on top.

#23 Light Vanilla Iced Coffee
½ cup ice
8 ounces coffee, chilled
½ cup vanilla almond or coconut milk
1 Tablespoon pure vanilla
1 cup fresh water
2 Tablespoon natural sweetener
In a medium saucepan, heat and combine natural sweetener and water.
This will make your syrup needed for the coffee drink. Stir over heat until the sweetener has dissolved.
Stir in vanilla extract and put aside to cool.
Pour brewed coffee over ice cubes and add in milk.
Drizzle in syrup and taste until you’ve reached perfect sweetness.
#24 Super S’mores Iced Coffee
Graham crackers, crushed
In a bowl, beat whipping cream until peaks form.
Add a tablespoon of powdered sugar and keep beating until peaks are stiff.
Add in marshmallow pieces.
Pour in chocolate milk to the iced coffee, add marshmallow whipped cream and top with graham cracker pieces.
This is the ultimate indulgence.

#25 Baileys & Kahlúa
8 ounces coffee
2 ounces half and half
2 ounces Baileys Cream
1 ounce Kahlua Cream
In a shaker cup, add half and half, booze, and ice and shake well.
In a separate glass, add ice and pour mixture into the glass with ice.
Add coffee and stir well.

50 ml Baileys Original
100 ml brewed coffee
Handful of ice cubes
1 scoop of Baileys Ice Cream
Brew coffee and set aside to chill.
Add ice to a glass.
Pour Baileys and coffee into the ice filled glass and top off with a scoop of Baileys Ice Cream.
You can have your ice cream and your booze with this amazing iced coffee.

#27 Very Vanilla Iced Coffee
2 cups heavy cream
¼ cup sugar
1 Vanilla bean seeds
4 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream
1 cup vanilla iced coffee, any brand
1 cup ice cubes
1/3 cup milk, not skim
In a large sized bowl, add the cream, sugar and vanilla bean seeds.
In a blender, add ice cream, coffee, ice, and milk. Blend until smooth.
Pour caramel syrup into a cup and twirl the glass around so the syrup spreads around the sides.
Beat with a mixer on high until peaks form. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator until use.
Add ice cream coffee mixture and top off with a generous spoonful of vanilla whipped cream.

Instant coffee, made
2 Tablespoons sugar (to taste)
10 ice cubes

2 scoops ice cream (any flavour is fine)

1 cup cold coffee
1 cup milk
1 cup ice cubes
Mix ingredients in a blender until ice is blended and smooth.

The sweetener you add to this coffee is all based on your preference.

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup strong coffee, chilled
Heavy whipping cream
Unsweetened cocoa, optional

In a glass, put two scoops of ice cream.
Pour cold coffee in glass over ice cream.
Finish off with a generous spoonful of whipped cream.
Dust with cocoa powder.

Take 1/3 cup of this mixture and put it into about 5 glasses.

3 cups chilled coffee
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Add 1 cup of chilled coffee into the glasses and add 1/3 cup of almond milk.
Drizzle in 2 Tablespoons of caramel sauce and stir well.

½ cup cold brew coffee
½ cup fresh water
1 Tablespoon simple syrup (can buy from store)

2 Tablespoons heavy cream
In a cocktail mixer, combine cold brew coffee, water, syrup, and mint leaves.
Muddle the mint leaves and then add heavy cream and ice.
Shake, shake, shake!
Pour into serving glasses with ice and enjoy!

½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tablespoon caramel syrup, for topping

Fill a glass with a handful of ice and almond milk.
Pour in caramel syrup inside the glass and add cinnamon to it.
Pour in espresso and dollop ice cream on top.

Do not forget to add the cinnamon.

#36 Iced Sea Salt Coffee
Cold brew coffee
Simple syrup (2 cups water and 2 cups granulated sugar)
Sea salt cream (1 cup heavy cream and ½ teaspoon sea salt)
For the simple syrup, in a saucepan, add water and sugar and bring to boil.
For the sea salt cream, whisk heavy cream and salt until peaks form. Chill until use.
Grab a glass and add some ice cubes.
Drizzle in simple syrup and add coffee. Stir.
Top with sea salt cream.
Once sugar has dissolved, let cool and transfer to a container. Chill.
Don’t be scared by the addition of the seal salt cream – it is amazing!

8 ounces coffee
1 Tablespoon caramel ice cream
2 Tablespoons hot chocolate mix
¼ cup milk, any kind
In a saucepan, whisk coffee, hot chocolate mix, caramel, and preferred milk.
Pour into a glass with ice cubes and top with whipped cream.

Grab a glass and fill it with ice and Starbucks coffee.
Add a dollop of whipped cream on top and some sprinkles to make it look pretty.
This is a super simple coffee that only requires a couple ingredients.
However, don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this drink – the flavour is bold and delicious!
