For a long time, iced coffee was never my favourite, but after spending some time in the kitchen, it is now my favourite.

#1 Creamy And Crunchy
 Iced Coffee Pops

These delectable iced coffee pops are creamy with a bit of crunch. 


And, they make the perfect dessert or treat to enjoy on a hot summer’s night.

The recipe is easy to make and is a healthy indulgence in case you are watching your waistline.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup medium or strong coffee, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons espresso beans
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 1/8 teaspoon pinch of salt (optional but I recommend)

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend coffee, cashews, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. Mix should be smooth.
  2. Grind espresso beans so that they are a fine texture.
  3. Mix ground beans and cacao nibs. Place mixture in the bottom of each popsicle mold.
  4. Pour batter into each mold and stir with the end of a spoon.
  5. Cover molds and freeze until thoroughly frozen.

#2 Classic Creamy
Italian Coffee

Fresh and creamy is what you get with this Italian coffee.

With only a few ingredients, you can easily enjoy this coffee in less than 20 minutes. 


Ingredients

  • 30 cup of espresso

  • 1.3 cup of fresh cream

  • 4 teaspoons white sugar


Directions

  1. Brew espresso and transfer into a glass.

  2. Add sugar and stir until it melts into the espresso. Chill in refrigerator.

  3. Once cold, whip up cream and once it becomes fluffy, pour coffee continuously in a row.

  4. Place cream in the freezer for at least one hour.

  5. When cream has chilled, pour it into a cup of coffee and top it with fresh cream as well.


This coffee is the perfect way to start or end the day.

The fresh cream mixed with coffee creates a creamy, sweet caffeine beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk

  • 1/3 cup white sugar or preferred sugar

  • 2 Tablespoons instant coffee

Directions

  1. In a blender or processor, combine and blend evaporated milk, instant coffee and sugar.

  2. Blend until everything is dissolved.

  3. Pour over ice cubes and top with fresh whipped cream.

  • 2 Tablespoons Baileys
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar

  1. Pop a glass bowl and beaters in the freezer for around 20 minutes.

  • 4 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk (preferred kind)
  • 1/3 cup vanilla coffee creamer
  • ¼ cup caramel syrup

  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients, except whipped cream, until smooth.

#10 Iced Caramel Coffee
 Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • ½ tsp instant coffee
  • ½ cup caramel sauce/syrup


Directions

  1. Whisk sweetened condensed milk and iced coffee in a large bowl.
  2. Add whipped cream and stir slowly.
  3. Cover bowl and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Stir in instant coffee once cool.

  6. Once ice cream is made and put into a container, pour caramel sauce/syrup over.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ cup ground coffee
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon powdered gelatin


Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add coconut milk, coffee, and honey.
    Heat over medium heat and ensure that the honey is dissolved and coconut milk comes to a simmer.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit for about 15 minutes after removing from the heat.
  3. In a bowl, add water and gelatin and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour coffee mixture through a sleeve or strainer to rid any grounds.
  5. Add gelatin to the coffee milk and stir until gelatin has dissolved.
  6. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and pop into freezer for around 6 hours.

  • 1 Tablespoon salted caramel plus extra for topping

  2. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 cup of iced coffee (make your own or buy. I purchased a sweet, milk iced coffee from the store).

  • Handful of crushed ice

  • Whipping cream for topping

  • Flavoured coffee creamer

  • Salted caramel sauce (buy or make your own. You can easily make with ¼ cup caramel sauce and 1 teaspoon of sea salt. Do not use table salt because the sea salt is what makes the delicious salted taste with the caramel).


Directions

  1. In a blender, blend 1 cup of iced coffee with a large handful of crushed ice, until smooth.

  2. Whip up the whip cream and mix with ½ cup flavoured creamer of your choice.

  3. Spoon mixture over the Frappuccino.

  4. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over coffee.


Who says you have to go to Starbucks for a salted caramel frappuccino when it is so easy to make in your own kitchen?

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1/3 cup half and half

  • 1 Tablespoon sugar, granulated is suggested.

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and frothy.

  2. Add more ice if necessary.

  • 2 packages of instant espresso

  • 8 ounces of water

  • 3 cups of ice

  • ½ cup preferred milk

  • 2 ounces vanilla syrup

  • Whipped cream

  • 2 Tablespoons salted caramel sauce (can purchase at store or make your own).


Directions

  1. Make instant espresso with hot water.

  2. Add 1 ½ cups of ice to two glasses.

  3. Drizzle 1 ounce of vanilla syrup into each glass.

  4. Pour 4 ounces of milk into each glass.

  5. Add espresso in a straight line into the milk.

  6. Top off with whipped cream and ample salted caramel sauce.

  • Handful of ice cubes

  • 1 pot of chilled coffee

  • ¾ cup preferred milk

  • ¼ cup half and half

  • 2 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 Tablespoon brown or golden raw sugar

  • 1 ½ teaspoon instant coffee

  • Whipped cream

  • Chocolate pieces


Directions

  1. In a blender, blend ice, milk, half and half, cocoa, sugar, and instant coffee.

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 Vanilla bean seeds

  • 1/3 cup milk, not skim

  1. Fill a glass with a handful of ice and almond milk.

  2. Pour in caramel syrup inside the glass and add cinnamon to it.

  3. Pour in espresso and dollop ice cream on top.


This iced coffee is packed with caramel but why have it any other way?

Do not forget to add the cinnamon.


Because it is a fun surprise to drink with the caramel and cold brew coffee as you sip away.

#36 Iced Sea Salt Coffee

Ingredients

  • Cold brew coffee

  • Simple syrup (2 cups water and 2 cups granulated sugar)

  • Sea salt cream (1 cup heavy cream and ½ teaspoon sea salt)


Directions

  1. For the simple syrup, in a saucepan, add water and sugar and bring to boil.

  2. Once sugar has dissolved, let cool and transfer to a container. Chill.

  3. For the sea salt cream, whisk heavy cream and salt until peaks form. Chill until use.

  4. Grab a glass and add some ice cubes.

  5. Drizzle in simple syrup and add coffee. Stir.

  6. Top with sea salt cream.


Don’t be scared by the addition of the seal salt cream – it is amazing!

And, so easy to make yourself.


This cold brew coffee will have you looking like a talented barista in your own kitchen every time you whip it up.

#37 Iced Mocha Caramel Latte

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces coffee

  • 1 Tablespoon caramel ice cream

  • 2 Tablespoons hot chocolate mix

  • ¼ cup milk, any kind

  • Coffee cubes

  • Whipped cream


Directions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk coffee, hot chocolate mix, caramel, and preferred milk.

  2. Pour into a glass with ice cubes and top with whipped cream.


This creamy iced mocha caramel latte is delectable and seriously melts away in your mouth with every sip.

The caramel ice cream makes a smooth texture and the whipped cream on top is a must.

#38 Salted Caramel Iced Mocha

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Mocha Iced Coffee, bought from store

  • ¼ cup Chocolate Caramel coffee creamer

  • 1 Tablespoon Caramel sauce

  • Whipped cream topping

  • Sea Salt

  • Handful of ice cubes


Directions

  1. Pour iced coffee and creamer over ice cubes and stir.

  2. Drizzle in caramel sauce.

  3. Dollop with whipped cream and more caramel sauce.

  4. Add sea salt sprinkled on top.


Who doesn’t love salted caramel, especially when you add coffee into the mix!

#39 Wild Side Coffee

Ingredients

  • Starbucks Unsweetened Iced Coffee

  • Whipped Cream

  • Sprinkles for garnish


Directions

  1. Grab a glass and fill it with ice and Starbucks coffee.

  2. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top and some sprinkles to make it look pretty.


This is a super simple coffee that only requires a couple ingredients.

However, don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this drink – the flavour is bold and delicious!
